I'm a documentation strategist shaping how complex software products are documented and understood. In enterprise environments, I've owned the structure and delivery of developer guides, API references, and solution frameworks. My focus is writing the documentation and engineering the systems that scale it: information architecture, content modeling, and process automation.

I design documentation systems for the teams who contribute to them. Instructional design and UX principles inform the content structure, self-service governance, and the contribution guidelines that hold a documentation system together as it grows.
